Call STARFLEET for Access Control Devices
The ability to control who goes where within a facility can be done with standard locks and keys and a properly written and executed “Master Key System”. The limitation of course is the physical and mechanical act of changing the lock tumblers to eliminate the old key and accept the new key. The time and expense of rekeying locks and issuing new keys causes some business owners to skip the expense when keys go missing and “hope everything turns out OK”.
Control access through Keypads. These can be used when no card or key fob is required. The push buttons may be separate from or built into the lock mechanism being used to control access. Electronic Access “Master Key” systems are developed and controlled so that each member in a system is allowed access through certain doors and denied access through others. Each employee is controlled individually. The beauty of electronic access control systems is the ability of the system administrator to instantly add new users or eliminate existing users by entering codes into a lock keypad or sitting at a control computer keyboard.
